Terms & Conditions
By making a booking with The New Inn you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Reservations
Your table is reserved for your selected date and time. Please arrive on time. If you are running late, let us know so we can do our best to hold your table.
2. We welcome families, but due to licensing all children must vacate the premises by 7pm, so the latest booking time to include children in the restaurant is 5pm.
3. Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us at thenewinn@whelanpubs.co.uk as early as possible so we can offer the table to other guests.
4. Deposits and charges
Where a deposit or card guarantee is required, the amount and any cancellation charge will be shown to you during booking. Deposits are put towards your final bill unless we tell you otherwise.
5. Larger groups
For larger parties we will require a preorder 2 weeks prior to the booking date. We will always let you know in advance where this applies.
6. Allergies and dietary requirements
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you book so we can do our best to look after you.
