By making a booking with Cicely you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Reservations
Your table is reserved for your selected date and time. Please arrive on time. If you are running late, let us know so we can do our best to hold your table.
2. Cancellations and changes
Please give at least 24 hours notice when cancelling your table or reducing the size of the booking. In the event of a cancellation within the 24 hour period, a no-show or a reduction in the size of the booking there will be a fee of £15 per cancelled guest charged to the booking card if we are unable to fill the table.
3. Larger groups
For larger parties we may ask for a pre order. We will always let you know in advance where this applies.
4. Allergies and dietary requirements
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you book so we can do our best to look after you.
5. Your information
We use the details you give us only to manage your reservation and to contact you about it. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

We do not allow dogs due to the size of our restaurant.
