These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our online reservation system. By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. Reservations
By making a reservation through our online booking system, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a reservation, including your full name, contact number, email address, party size, and any special requirements.
A reservation confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. Please check the details carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.
2. Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellations or amendments to your reservation should be made as early as possible by contacting the restaurant directly using the details provided in your confirmation email.
The restaurant reserves the right to set a cancellation policy, which may include charges for late cancellations or no-shows. Any such policy will be communicated at the time of booking.
3. Arrival and Seating
Please arrive at the reserved time. Tables may be held for a maximum of 15 minutes after the reserved time, after which the reservation may be released without notice.
The restaurant reserves the right to allocate seating at its discretion. Specific table requests can be noted but cannot be guaranteed.
4. Party Size
If your party size changes, please notify the restaurant as soon as possible. The restaurant may not be able to accommodate significant changes to party size at short notice.
If your party exceeds the number stated in the reservation, the restaurant reserves the right to refuse seating for additional guests.
5. Special Requirements and Allergies
Any dietary requirements or allergies should be communicated at the time of booking or as early as possible before your visit. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your needs, the restaurant cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
The restaurant is not liable for any allergic reactions where the guest has failed to communicate their dietary needs in advance.
6. Conduct
The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave the premises if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, offensive, or in breach of any house rules.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to restaurant property during their visit.
