By making a booking with us you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Reservations
Your table is reserved for your selected date and time. Early bookings (12pm / 5.30pm, 6pm, 6.30pm) are typically allocated 1hr 45 mins. The table duration will be shown on your booking confirmation. Please arrive on time. If you are running late, let us know so we can do our best to hold your table. Please ensure you have received a confirmation email and/or text message. If you do not receive confirmation your booking may not have been completed.

2. Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us as early as possible so we can offer the table to other guests. Deposits where asked to confirm a special event or large group bookings are non-refundable.

3. Deposits and charges
Deposits are put towards your final bill. A no-show penalty equal to £10 per guest will be retained if they do not arrive and without 24hrs prior notice.

4. Larger groups
For larger parties, 9 or more, we kindly ask for a deposit of £10 per guest at time of booking, and a menu pre-order. A discretionary 10% service charge is added to group bookings. Large party bookings can only be booked by contacting the restaurant either by email or phone. Parties exceeding 20 guests may only be booked on basis of exclusive use of the restaurant for either a lunchtime or evening slot.

5. Payments, Bill Splitting, Gratuities
We accept cash, Visa & Mastercard debit and credit cards, Apple and Google Pay. We do not accept American Express. We are happy to split payments for bills for small groups. For large tables, we kindly ask for one payment. A 10% discretionary gratuity is added to all parties 9 or more. For tables of 8 or less, we do not add a gratuity/service, it is at your discretion. There is an option on the card machine should you like. Gratuities are shared among all staff members and are much appreciated.

6. Allergies and dietary requirements
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you book so we can do our best to look after you. We will also ask at time of ordering.

7. Special requests
We will try our best to honour special requests such as a preferred table or menu adjustment, though it may be necessary for operational reasons to decline, or adjust seating plans to ensure a safe and memorable dining experience.

8. Licenced premises
We are fully licenced to sell alcohol on the premises. We encourage responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, whereby if you look under the age of 25 we may ask to see ID as proof you are of legal age to consume alcohol (18 years +). We reserve the right to refuse supply of alcohol, to any person, and/or if we believe they are intoxicated. We may ask person(s) to leave the premises in event of disruption to other guests or rudeness towards staff.
