By making a booking with The Springer Spaniel you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All tables have a 2 hour turnover and will be booked again. Please give us a call if you would like to extend your booking on 01579 370424
1. Reservations
Your table is reserved for your selected date and time. Please arrive on time. If you are running late, let us know so we can do our best to hold your table.
2. Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change your booking, please contact us at info@thespringerspaniel.co.uk as early as possible so we can offer the table to other guests.
3. Deposits and charges
Where a deposit or card guarantee is required, the amount and any cancellation charge will be shown to you during booking. Deposits are put towards your final bill unless we tell you otherwise.
4. Larger groups
Parties of over 8 people require a deposit. Please call us on 01579 370424
5. Allergies and dietary requirements
Please tell us about any allergies or dietary requirements when you book so we can do our best to look after you.
6. Your information
We use the details you give us only to manage your reservation and to contact you about it. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.
